The Answers You Need
Do you charge for travel?
Yes :) In order to travel wherever you need (Worldwide) I need to charge for travel. I require travel be paid 3 months before your wedding date or upfront with your retainer if paying for a wedding within 3 months. I only charge for flight and hotel. If it's within driving distance I only charge for hotel and gas.
How far in advance should I book your services?
It is entirely up to your but the earlier the better. Dates book up fast! If I was going to answer I'd say anywhere from 1 month up to 2 years.
Is there a retainer and what does the payment plan look like?
- Upfront = 50% of package cost (Retainer)
- 3 Months before Wedding - Travel Fee
- 1 Month before wedding - Remaining 50% of package cost
Is the retainer refundable?
No. Should your wedding day be cancelled for any reason, the money paid is able to be retained by me in order to offset my loss of business. In other words, I dedicate this date solely to you and stopped marketing your wedding date the moment you booked. This causes me to lose potential income from other couples who could have booked.
Do you charge to switch wedding dates do to COVID?
No! I know how difficult this time is so I want to give my couples the peace of mind in knowing they can switch their date to a different one if it is canceled due to COVID. If I have the date available, it is yours! *Limit to 2 date changes*
